Purpose for this award:
"Great design is great communication."
At VSDA we want to encourage and help as many people as we can and give credit to those who create stunning and well designed web sites. We wish to install in the minds of others that the web is not, as we are often led to believe a bad place; but that it is wonderful, colourful and informative. At VSDA and OTR Web Systems we believe the Internet is a good place to be and a fantastic medium to be involved with. To apply for our award you MUST first read the Criteria; from there you will be directed to the Self Test which will take you to the application itself. There is no other route to the application form.
VSD Design Awards are given to web designers and webmasters.
Our award is a difficult award to win and most who apply for it do not win an award. Your site will be scored out of a possible 100 points. All Applicants will be notified upon receipt of application and be given the opportunity to display a nominee award which is not a condition of application just a gift from us to say thank you for taking time to apply.

The right to use the Vision Site Design Award Winner image on your winning web site.

Automatic acceptance into the Winner's index where a link to your website will be featured among the other winners.

Winners will be notified within two or three weeks of application, only winners well be contacted, if you would like a check list of where you lost points, please state in your application. If you are not awarded first time around and wish to re-apply you may do so after a 60 day waiting period. Make use of this time to read our criteria and our tips or any suggestions we sent you. If you have made significant change to your site let us know you are re-applying and we will grade your site again.
